Hello, and welcome! I’m thrilled to share a little about myself and my passion for helping midlife women thrive.
My desire to become a Women’s Health and Nutrition Coach was inspired by my own struggles navigating the menopause transition. Experiencing firsthand the challenges—both physical and emotional—opened my eyes to the lack of guidance and support available to women in midlife. This inspired me to deepen my knowledge, become a certified perimenopause and menopause expert, and dedicate my career to helping other women feel empowered, informed, and in control of their health during this stage of life.
I know what it's like to deal with weight fluctuations, fatigue, brain fog, joint pain and so much more. But I also know that with the proper nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies, woman can feel stronger, more energized, and better than ever in this stage of life. That's why I'm passionate about helping woman take control of their health, find balance, and thrive through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Beyond my work, I’m a wife and a proud mom of two college-aged boys. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, cooking, reading, and traveling to beach destinations. Nothing recharges me more than grabbing my favorite cup of coffee and heading down to the beach to watch the sunrise and enjoy the ocean!
