Hello, and welcome! I’m thrilled to share a little about myself and my passion for helping midlife women thrive.
I’m a Women’s Health & Nutrition Coach, a Certified Perimenopause & Menopause Expert, a certified Health Coach, and a Physical Therapist certified in nutrition. My mission is to support women navigating the changes of perimenopause and menopause, helping them feel strong, vibrant, and in control of their health.
With years of experience in physical therapy, I’ve seen firsthand how midlife can bring unexpected challenges—weight fluctuations, fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, and more. But I also know that with the right nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies, women can feel better than ever in this stage of life. I love working with women to create personalized, science-backed plans that fit their unique needs and goals.
Beyond my work, I’m a wife and a proud mom of two college-aged boys. In my spare time, I love cooking, reading, and traveling to beach destinations—nothing recharges me more than putting my feet in the sand and listening to the sound of ocean waves!
