What's Included:
- Four weekly 60-minute virtual group coaching sessions with Lori via zoom
- Comphensive individualized woman's health questionnaire for each participant prior to the start of the experience
- Includes one 30 minute individual session with Lori before the group experience to review your individual goals
- Private FB group chat for daily accountability, Q&A, and encouragement
- Weekly "focus themes" on topics such as nutrition, blood sugar balance, weight loss, movement strategies, energy, metabolism & joint health, sleep solutions and nervous system regulation
- We'll take a deep dive into managing hot flashes, mood swings and brain fog.
- You'll walk away with confidence knowing what to eat, how to move, and how to sleep better
- You'll be given a toolkit of resources that will include recipes, trackers, and guides along with support from women walking the same path
