I know firsthand how confusing and frustrating perimenopause and menopause can be. There were times I felt completely on my own—struggling with hot flashes, sleepless nights, mood swings, and changes to my body—without anyone to guide me or offer real support.
That’s why I created programs to help women like us feel supported, heard, and ready to thrive again. You’ll find practical tools like simple strategies for better sleep, nutrition tips that stabilize energy and mood, exercises to support strength and healthy weight, and guidance for managing stress—all tailored to this stage of life. I’m here to provide support and walk beside you every step of the way.
Lori Pulver is the owner & CEO of Pulver Wellness LLC, a women’s perimenopause and menopause health coaching practice dedicated to helping women navigate the challenges of this stage of life. Through her work, Lori helps women understand how hormonal changes affect energy, mood, sleep and weight, while providing practical strategies to restore balance and help women feel their best.
With more than 27 years of experience as a physical therapist and certified women’s perimenopause and menopause specialist, Lori has guided women—both in small-group programs and one-on-one coaching—through evidence-based approaches to improve sleep, manage hot flashes, support healthy weight, and strengthen overall health. Her programs, including the Jumpstart Program and Reset Program, are designed to meet women where they are in their journey and empower them to feel strong, confident, and like themselves again.
For women who want to go deeper, Lori offers Thrive, a 12-week transformation program that builds on the Jumpstart and Reset experiences. This program provides personalized one-on-one coaching and a comprehensive plan for lasting results. She also offers a four-week group coaching experience for those looking for interactive support, community, and practical strategies in a shorter, focused format.
Lori also offers engaging virtual workshops and educational sessions throughout the year, providing women with tools to navigate this transition with understanding, confidence, and ease. Some of her most popular topics include “Practical Strategies for Better Sleep,” “Balancing Hormones Through Nutrition,” and “Stress Management for Midlife Women.”
Women can access online resources, guides, and tools that help them take control of their health, thrive through this stage of life, and feel empowered and supported every step of the way.

While Lori finds great joy and fulfillment in her work helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause, she also loves spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and traveling. She has been married to her husband Mike for 27 years, and they have two children—Jordan, who recently graduated from Penn State, and Josh, a sophomore at the University of Florida. Nothing recharges her more than grabbing her favorite cup of coffee and heading down to the beach to watch the sunrise and enjoy the ocean.
